Storm Damage Repair
HAAG Certified Inspector on every storm claim we handle in Council. HAAG certification is the insurance industry standard for forensic roof inspection. Adjusters trust our reports. We document hail hits per square, wind creasing, and granule displacement. FM 4473 hail resistance ratings determine whether your roof qualifies for full replacement or spot repair.
New Roof Installation
A new roof installation starts with getting the specs right. Roof pitch determines your material options. Attic space determines ventilation needs. Local code determines underlayment requirements. We handle all of that before the first shingle goes on.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our Council crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with StrikeZone nailing area. The highest-selling shingle in North America. Impact-rated to UL 2218 Class 4 when installed with the full GAF Roof System. Our Council crews install Timberline in the full system configuration to qualify for Golden Pledge warranty. ASTM D3462 and D7158 Class H certified.
Flat Roofing
We repair and install flat roofs on Council homes, garages, commercial buildings, and additions. TPO for reflectivity, EPDM for budget, PVC for chemical resistance near restaurants and kitchens.
Commercial Roofing
Flat roofs on commercial buildings are a different animal. We install and repair TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up systems. Our Council commercial crew handles retail, warehouse, office, and multi-family buildings.
Gutter Installation
Gutters aren't glamorous, but they're protecting your foundation, your fascia, and your landscaping. We install seamless aluminum gutters custom-formed on-site from a roll of coil stock. No seams means no leaks.
Roof Inspection
Annual roof inspections catch small problems before they become expensive ones. A cracked pipe boot is a $150 fix. Ignoring it means $3,000 in ceiling and wall water damage. We recommend an inspection every 2-3 years for roofs under 10 years old, and annually after that.
Emergency Roof Repair
Most emergency roof repairs in Council are storm-related. High winds rip off ridge caps and shingles. Fallen limbs puncture the decking. We respond fast, tarp the damage, and coordinate the permanent fix. Including insurance paperwork if applicable.
Skylight Installation
We install, replace, and repair skylights in Council homes. Fogged glass, cracked frames, persistent leaks around old skylights. We fix it all. Sometimes replacing a 20-year-old skylight is cheaper than trying to repair it.
